Proceans' premium pre-spliced 8 strand polyester line are designed to stretch, absorbing sudden shocks with ease. They are extremely strong yet remain flexible for many years.
Each dock line has anti-chaffing sleeves to protect your deck, gunwale and hull. Each sleeve is made of cut/tear and UV resistant military grade nylon.
They are soft to handle.
The rope is constructed from the highest quality, treated polyester.
Proceans’ premium 8 braided dock-lines offer controlled elongation and excellent abrasion resistance.
8 strand lines stretch more and are stronger than three-strand lines or double braided lines of the same material.
8 strand polyester rope also provides superior wet abrasion resistance to counteract chafe, significantly increasing serviceable life.
Please note: splicing ends have been taped and left exposed to protect against unravelling under load.
They should not be trimmed until they have been placed underload for a period of time.
Dock lines are your front-line defence against damage in a marina or pontoon, the splicing ends are an integral part of an 8 braid splice.
