AISI 316 Pull Up Cleats

Proceans Pull-up cleats are cast from AISI 316 stainless steel, assembled and polished to a mirror finish.

They are hard wearing and classically designed to suit the harshest environments.

Each cleat is quality assured from stainless ingot through to finished product.

Each Pull-up cleat is self draining. If drainage is required see below:

• 125mm Cleat -  2 X 3/8 inch BSP male to 3/8 inch tail for 10mm drain hose
• 150mm Cleat -  2 X 3/8 inch BSP male to 3/8 inch tail for 10mm drain hose
• 200mm Cleat -  2 X 1/2 inch BSP male to 3/8 inch tail for 10mm drain hose

Always use teflon tape and clamp your drainage hoses to the tail.

Each cleat has 2 welded AISI 316 stainless steel threads supplied with stainless steel washers and locking nuts:

• 125mm Cleat 2 X 40mm M6 threads, washers (2) and locking nuts (2).
• 150mm Cleat 2 X 50mm M8 threads, washers (2) and locking nuts (2).
• 200mm Cleat 2 X 70mm M10 threads, washers (2) and locking nuts (2).

Always pre-fill holes with a good quality, marine grade silicone before affixing.
